Refund Policy
At CBM Gifting, we strive to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer refund on products that have been delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if you receive an incorrect product (one that does not match your order confirmation) or a damaged product, we will be happy to refund it.
Reporting an Incorrect or Damaged Product
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer care within 24 hours of delivery at 7906417731,8410755787.
- Provide your order details and clear images of the incorrect or damaged product.
- An open parcel video is necessary for any type of claim.
- Invoice which was billed to you on the sales of the Products
- The Original Products sold to You are return unused, unaltered, undented, unscratched or otherwise damaged.
- Original Packaging/ Box of the Products
- Products tags, MRP label and any other product ancillaries are undetached from the products and are returned as-is.
Our customer care team will review your request and respond within 48 working hours. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide an appropriate resolution. Every refund request is treated on a case-by-case basis.
Important Notes
- We are unable to offer refunds if the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
- If there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner or the package is refused by the recipient, we cannot process a refund.
The refunds will be processed to your bank account through approved methods of transfer within a period of 15 business days.
