• All payments must be received by CBM Gifting  prior to shipment of Order. CBM Gifting accepts payment by net banking, credit card, debit card.

7. Order Processing

• Subject to Clause 7 (b), orders received are usually processed within 5-6 Business Days. For the purpose of this Terms, the term “Business Days” shall mean, a day not being a Saturday and Sunday, on which banks in India are open for normal banking business.. CBM Gifting provides expedited shipping.

8. Order Changes and Cancellation

• Any product additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details.. CBM Gifting may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you.Cancellation policy is not applicable on any Membership, Contest, Discounted schemes/offers.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The Policy herein shall be construed in accordance with and be governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or/and relating to the Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in New Delhi.
